Remove old ReactionStrip to avoid duplication

- Remove old ReactionStrip component from PostActions
- Remove unused top reactions calculation
- Remove ReactionStrip import
- Keep only SmartReactionButton for clean interface
- Eliminate redundant reaction display
- Simplify action row layout
