Patrick Britton 7944380ada fix: implement proper ALTCHA challenge with HMAC signatures 
- Use proper cryptographic challenge generation
- Add HMAC-SHA256 signatures for challenge verification
- Replace test signatures with real cryptographic signatures
- This should fix the verification failures
